Interested in receiving extra continuing education credits without investing the extra time or money? We are proud to announce that using the Continuing Competence Activity Standards, The Federation of State Board of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) ProCert program has determined that NAIOMT's Lumbopelvic Spine I courses provide the value and quality of a 23-hour course. (And you may recall, earlier this year they also approved our Cervical Spine I course!)
That means if you're a PT seeking this type of manual therapy continuing education in these jurisdictions, this convenient 2-day weekend course (with 7 hours online) will get the job done with pretty high bonus value. Our seasoned faculty is dedicated to assuring optimal quality in our evidence-based content and using high quality case-based learning methods in teaching our courses, and we are so happy to see ProCert acknowledge just that.
If you're not yet familiar with our Lumbopelvic Spine I courses, they utilize case-based instruction to illustrate select lumbopelvic spine conditions and their detailed, specific biomechanical and neurophysiological assessment. As a participant, you'll identify the concepts of health, functioning, pain behaviors and their manifestations, and their role in total patient/client management. Lumbar spine thrust joint manipulation techniques will be introduced and procedural interventions will include education, manual therapy techniques, and individualized neuromuscular rehabilitation prescription, with the goal of restoring normal function and preventing disability.
Register for one of our upcoming Lumbopelvic Spine courses offered across the country (schedule & links below!), and please contact us if you have any questions at all.
