|  | | Kenneth A. Cole received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996 from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. He became an adjunct associate professor for Elon University Doctoral Physical Therapy Program in 1998-2000 and guest lectured at Winston-Salem State University. In May of 2000, Ken began studying manual therapy via the North American Institute of Manual Therapy, NAIOMT at Andrews University in Michigan. He completed his certification in Manual and Manipulative Therapy through the North American Institute in June of 2004 and became a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2007. During that time, Ken lab assisted for NAIOMT and McConnell Institute and has served as associate professor for the University of Washington’s Doctoral Program teaching gross anatomy from 2003-2005. Ken is the managing partner of Olympic Physical Therapy of Renton and Mercer Island and serves as medical staff for the US Ski and Snowboard Association. |

|  | | Mark Looper received his M.S. in physical therapy from the University of Southern California in 1982. He is the managing partner of Olympic Physical Therapy of Kirkland, and is one of the principle partners in Olympic Physical Therapy (nine locations in the Puget Sound region). Mark is a consulting physical therapist for the Seattle Seahawks Professional Football Team, and he is on the medical team for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, traveling each year with the team. He has lectured on various topics both nationally and internationally. Mark and his wife, Denise, coordinate the McConnell Institute for the US and Canada, and Olympic Seminars, offering post graduate courses for Physical Therapists. Mark has developed a unique spinal stabilization program serving the sporting and non-athletic community, now teaching nationally. He has been published in the book \'Conditioning for the Outdoor Fitness.\' He is a fellow American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT), and was accepted as a CFI for NAIOMT in 2007.
