Cliff Fowler received his certification as a physiotherapist in London in 1959, and passed the International Manipulation Exam in 1973. He has been a national examiner for the Canadian Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy Board since 1978 and served as Chief Examiner from 1982 to 1985. He presented papers on musculature and kinesiology of the pelvis to IFOMT in 1976 and 1984. He wrote a chapter in Modern Manual Therapy, Volume I: The Vertebral Column, which was edited by Greg Grieve and published in 1986. He manages a private practice in Abbotsford, BC. Mr. Fowler received the first David Lamb Award by the Canadian Orthopaedic Division for services to orthopaedic manual therapy.

Dr. Medeiros attended Northwestern University and received his Bachelor of Sciences in Physical Therapy. He went on to earn a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. At present Dr. Medeiros is Professor of Physical Therapy at the School of Physical Therapy, Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he continues to see patients as well as teach. Four times during his career he has been honored as an Outstanding Professor in his field. In 1997, Dr. Medeiros received the Professional Programs Distinguished Educator Award. Dr. Medeiros is a member and past officer of the Orthopaedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition he is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists and Advisory Faculty for the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Dr. Medeiros is a frequent contributor and editor for scholarly publications and regularly presents at educational conferences. He is currently co-editor of the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy.

David Musnick MD is board certified in Sports Medicine and Internal Medicine with 21 years of experience assessing and treating patients with chronic pain and complex musculoskeletal problems. He is a national speaker and a dynamic seminar instructor. He is on the Advisory Faculty of NAIOMT and has been through the level III courses. He is a assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation at the University of Washington and faculty in the DPT program at Andrews University. He has a practice of non surgical Orthopedic Medicine and Pain Management in Bellevue, WA. He has specialties in Functional Medicine, ligament injection for hypermobility, scar treatment, sleep dysfunction, stress management and nutritional assessment and treatment. He is the author of numerous book chapters for physicians and for physical therapists. He is the author of Conditioning for Outdoor Fitness: Functional Exercise and Nutrition for Every Body 2004. an excellent book co written by PTs on functional exercise and nutrition. William O`Grady received his physical therapy degree from Cal State University at Long Beach in 1972. He obtained his Masters from the University of Southern California in 1977 and his Doctorate in Orthopedic PT from the University of St. Augustine School of Health Sciences in 2001. He became OCS certified in 1993 and COMT in 1995. He is a graduate of the NAIOMT Residency Program. He is also certified in Manual Therapy from the Institute of Physical Therapy in 1982. Bill has studied extensively in osteopathic and Australian methods of manual therapy as well as studying independently with Phillip Terry, MD, DO and Greg Alexander, DO learning osteopathic and manipulative techniques. Bill has published several journal articles on management of spinal stability disorders. He has served as Chief Examiner and Chair of the Board of Examiners for AAOMPT, Chair of the Orthopedic Specialty Council of the ABPTS, and Chair of the nominating committee of the Orthopedic Section! Bill is President/CEO of Olympic Sports and Spine Rehabilitation Clinics, Inc. He is currently serving as a director for the Orthopedic Section, APTA and serves as an APTA accreditation officer for the residency/fellowship programs. Bill is the recipient of both the prestigious AAOMPT Mennell Award and APTA Lucy Blair Service Award for his contributions to the field of manual therapy and the profession of physical therapy for the last 4 decades. He was inducted as the first Life Fellow of the AAOMPT in 2009.
